In order to provide our customers with improved service, we have scheduled a major system overhaul to be implemented in 6 weeks’ time. Due to the substantial nature of this update, the system will be unavailable for 12 hours during the hours listed below: PST: Sunday, March 3 at 7 am – Sunday, March 3 at 7 pm GMT: Sunday, March 3 at 3 pm – Monday, March 4 at 3 am ICT: Sunday, March 3 at 10 pm – Monday, March 4 at 10 am KST: Monday, March 4 at 12 am – Monday, March 4 at 12 pm Please be advised that users will not be able to access any Knox Cloud Services (KME, KC, KDP, KG), use the Knox Deployment App, or enroll devices during this downtime.
